Record ABU Lures by the Decade 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's
1980's
Some ice jig manufacture started earlier bu most significant development was in the 1980/1981 before going off shore to Asia was Pimpel Ice fishing lures.
The ice-jigs that I have managed to collect are:
Fakir, Piggy, Spader, Flipper, Skal, Joker, Vicker, Fin, Drop-fish, Sticker, Kitos, Omni, Blink, Taggen, Hajen, Spin-Up and Lurette
I will attempt to add images of many of the different types as soon as possible.
My friend Erik from Sweden has just dispatched this bunch of nice ice fishing lures (first photo below) which will enhance this page I'm sure.
Se if you can identify them when you ckick on each image and note the rare Spader and Piggy lures.
I think the only ABU ice fishing lures I don't have now and hope to find one day are the tiny ABU Aulanko lures.

There are two known ABU Aulanko sized 3g and 5g in colours G, K and R, but who knows there may be others uncovered as yet.
