ABU  Trade Catalogue 1967

My personal connection with ABU started via lures from 1966

This trade catalog I never knew about until now when I was given it by Martin Stone in the UK.

In it is a lot of info ( in English this time)

The Ambassadeur 5000 C first appears featuring ball bearings. This year 2 spools were provided holding 165 yds of 12 lb to 15lb Top-knot Abulon line.

The ABU Pimple 2 ice-fishing reel has now arrived.

I am pleased to see my newly acquired PF 2000 Trout tackle box made for ABU Svangsta by Old Pal/Woodstream in USA. It was only sold in the UK so is difficult to find.

The fabulous #25 short, 3 telescopic section gaff and #50 and #60 landing nets  also first appear this year.
